This is our CPR practice drill. The background beat track is 110 bpm, and the breath track is 10 bpm (one every 5-6 seconds), so you can hear the rhythm of compressions and ventilation. Feel free to loop the 2 minute video (so you can keep track of 2 minute cycles) and practice along. Can you keep up?
